Cuddles n Giggles is not responsible for purchases that are unable to be processed due to technical difficulties with the website or unavailability of products. Cuddles N Giggles holds the right to cancel any order as per its discretion.

Holiday Collection 2021 Pre-Orders Terms and Conditions

1. When Pre-Ordered items will Ship?

We will start shipping Holiday pre orders by last week of October. If for some reason there is a delay due to logistical issues and your order is not shipped latest by November 30th, you will have an option to cancel it. We will keep this group posted on the progress of the order periodically. 

2. Order CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Pre orders cannot be cancelled/returned or exchanged once placed. There will be no returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or a fulfillment error. Please order sizing considering these will be worn 3-4 months down the line. 

3. DISCOUNTS

We will provide VIP exclusive discount code for 15% off (no Minimum) for our group members. Code will posted in the group before the pre-order for Holiday Collection goes live.

We also have rep discount codes which will get you 20% off $75+ purchase. If you wish to use the rep discount, please ask in the group and one of the reps will provide the code.

If you are shopping for the first time with us, you can use the code CNGB2G1 for Buy 2 Get 1. No other code will apply

Please remember to use the discount code that benefits you the most at the checkout. We will NOT be able to change or apply the discount at the later stage. Discount codes cannot be combined in a single order.

4. Few Other IMPORTANT points:

If you want to order any ready to ship item from the website, please place a separate order. If you order along with the pre order items, your order will ship together when the pre order arrives.

If for any reason, we have to cancel your order for a particular style/size, you will have an option to cancel the whole order and will be provided full refund.
