Refund policy

We recommend that you check all the clothing prior to washing and removing the original tags. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used or washed clothing. What is your Return Policy?

At Cuddles N Giggles, we value your business and are grateful for it. Complete customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We make every effort to make sure that you love your purchase.

We will gladly accepts returns for products with manufacturing defect or fulfillment error for replacement/refund/store credit. Items with manufacturing defect or fulfillment error MUST be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods. Replacement, refund or store credit will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. No Exception. 

All returned merchandise should be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, in original packaging and must have all the tags attached. 15% Restocking fees will be applied to all returned merchandise. Items purchased at more-than 20% discount or from the SALE category are considered FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned or exchanged. No Exception!

If you received a gift and would like to exchange it, it will be processed in the form of store credit. All gifts that are unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, in original packaging and have all the tags attached may be exchanged and are non-refundable. You will need a valid website order number in order to proceed with a gift return.

Due to us not being able to verify if the item washing instructions were followed; once an item has been washed it is considered FINAL SALE and is ineligible to return or refund.

Due to high demand of our products, we maybe stocked out of the item you had ordered and may not be able to send you the replacement. In such case, you’ll have an option to either take store credit or opt for refund.  

Replacement of items with manufacturing defect are only applicable for orders originated and shipped within USA. For international orders, store credit will be issued. 

Our customer service will respond to your questions and requests between 8am to 6pm Eastern Time from Monday to Friday. 

 How to initiate a Return? 

  • Please send a return request to returns@cuddlesngiggles.com within 7 of receipt (date of receipt will be considered same as delivered date as per the tracking information provided when the order was shipped) along with your order number, reason for the return and the item of return. 
  • A return shipping label and instructions will be provided when your return is approved. We'll provide you with a return label and it will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • Once your return is approved, please ship the items you intend to return in the original packaging along with all the tags attached as they were received using the shipping label provided by us.
  • Upon the receipt of your package, our customer service team will examine it carefully to make sure it meets the return requirements (unworn, unused, undamaged, un-altered and in original packaging with tags attached) and approve your returns if eligible. 15% Restocking fees will be applied to all returned merchandise.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for your returns to be processed. Refund will be issued to your original method of payment, as applicable. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase. Please note, only regular priced items are eligible for full refund post inspection. If the order includes promotions or discounts, the amount will be refunded proportionally instead of full price.
  • Packages sent back without using our provided shipping label will delay your return process 15+ days. We are not responsible for customers who send back items out of our policies stated above and choose to return by personal couriers and shipping labels. If your item(s) is not delivered, no tracking and/or states delivered but our warehouse has not received it, we reserve the right to decline your refund and return. No Exceptions.

What is your exchange policy?

Currently we DO NOT accept exchange for any shipped orders. If you want a different size, different color, or different item, please place a new order.

However, for products with manufacturing defect or fulfillment error will be accepted for replacement within 7 days from the delivery date as per our standard return policy above.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

What is your return policy for Pre-ordered items?

Pre-orders are not refundable. All pre-order sales are final. Pre-order, once placed cannot be cancelled. Any pre-ordered items cannot be exchanged with other items.

What is your return policy for items that are on sale?

Please double check your orders before placing and note that:

  • Any item that is purchased at 20% or more discount is considered as an on-sale item
  • All sales are final for the items that are on-sale (including but not limited to seasonal sales, seconds sale, sample sale). No Exception!
  • All promotional items, Holiday Season sales including Thanksgiving and Christmas and and other advertised sales are FINAL - (no returns or exchanges)
  • There will be no price adjustments made to orders placed before/after the sale
  • Codes cannot be applied after a purchase has been completed
  • Coupon codes may not be used with Apple Pay. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. 
  • We cannot combine orders for any reason, including reaching a higher discount tier
  • We cannot accommodate any changes to orders once they are placed – including size or address changes
  • We cannot accept any order cancellations
  • All Promotional items, Black Friday week, Christmas sales and any other advertised sales are FINAL – (no returns or exchanges)
