What is your Return Policy?
At Cuddles N Giggles, we value your business and are grateful for it. Complete Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We make every effort to make sure that you love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for full refund within 30 days of the receipt.
How to initiate a return?
- Please send a return request to email@example.com within 30 of receipt (date of receipt will be considered same as delivered date as per the tracking information provided when the order was shipped) along with your order number, reason for the return and the item of return.
- Once your return is approved, please ship the items you intend to return in the original packaging along with all the tags attached as they were received.
- Upon the receipt of your package, our customer service team will examine it carefully to make sure it meets the return requirements (unworn, unused, undamaged un-altered and in original packaging with tags attached) and approve your returns if eligible.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for your returns to be processed. Refund will be issued to your original method of payment, as applicable. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase. Please note, only regular priced items are eligible for full refund. If the order includes promotions or discounts, the amount will be refunded proportionally instead of full price.
- We do not cover returns shipping cost. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in returns shipment. We strongly recommend that you use an insured and trackable mailing service.
What is your exchange policy?
Currently we do not offer exchange service for any shipped orders. If you want a different size, different color, or different item, please place a new order.
However, we will gladly accept the return/exchange of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 7 days from the delivery date. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for exchange 7 days from the delivery date.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
