An order, once placed, cannot be modified or canceled as our system doesn’t support it at this time. If your order is not processed or shipped and you still need to cancel your order, please email us with your order number and reason for cancellation at and we’ll gladly assist you. A new, separate order need to be placed once an order is cancelled.
Yes, an order confirmation email is sent automatically by Cuddles N Giggles when an order is placed on our website to the email you provided at the checkout. If, by any chance you do not receive a confirmation email from us ( first check you spam/junk folder) please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to assist if you.
We are a direct to customer brand and do not allow bulk purchases on our website for the purpose of reselling. If you are interested in stocking our products, please contact us at email@example.com. We reserve the rights to cancel any suspicious orders placed on our website at our discretion.
Coupon codes must be redeemed at checkout. Each coupon code can be used once per transaction unless specified otherwise. You may not be able to stack multiple coupons or combine them in a single transaction. If a coupon code shows that it is expired, it means either the date to use the coupon has passed or you have already used the coupon on a past order and cannot apply it again.
Sorry, at this time we do not offer gift wrapping.
All orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. Below is the estimated timeline of when you’ll receive your order, based on the shipping option you select at checkout.

*This timeline is an estimate only and not guaranteed. On rare occasions, orders will ship outside this timeframe. Those occasions will usually be during launches and orders can take anywhere from 48-72 hrs to process.
Yes, we do offer priority shipping at additional shipping cost. Priority shipping orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours and take 2-3 days to be delivered once shipped. Please note we do not ship on the weekends. If you place an order on Friday, you order will be shipped on following Monday.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email from Cuddles N Giggles along with the tracking number once your order ships. You can find the tracking number from your profile page once you login to the website.
We ship products to multiple locations across the world. However at this time we are providing free shipping within Continental USA only. The shipping cost will be added to your order depending on your shipping address. Additionally, the buyer/receiver of goods will pay for any duties and the applicable charges as prescribed by respective countries.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
We make every effort to make sure that you will be happy with your product., however, if for any reasons you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the package to us for a refund within 30 calendar days of delivery as long as they meet the following requirements:
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
If the returned item has been opened and used, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. If you have simply changed your mind, you may return the items (unwashed and unworn) in its original packaging with all the tags attached for a refund, and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Please refer to our complete return policy here.
Replacement of defective items are only replaced for ordered originated in the US. For international orders, store credit will be issued. Proof of purchase is required for refund or replacement.
We try our best to ensure that every item we ship to our customers is carefully inspected for any quality issues/manufacturer defects. However, if something slips under our nose and you end up with a damaged or defective product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt along with your order number and detailed photos of the defect. We will make every effort to make it right for you because we appreciate your business and we TRUELY CARE!
